Communities We Serve
We maintain and install central air conditioners, heat pumps and gas furnaces in these Las Vegas valley communities.
Valley Climate
Regional Climate Concerns
Heating and cooling equipment works hard in the Las Vegas valley. Here is what that means for your system.
Summer Heat and Monsoon Dust
Our cooling season lasts for months. Outdoor units sit in direct sun while temperatures frequently exceed 100 degrees. When the July and August monsoons arrive, strong winds blow heavy dust directly into the condenser coil, which restricts airflow and makes the compressor work harder.
Winter Nights and Heat Pumps
Winters are mild but overnight temperatures can drop to freezing. This means gas furnaces and heat pumps both see regular use. A heat pump requires specific checks on its defrost cycle during a fall tune-up to prepare for those cold desert nights.
Area Questions
Service Area Questions
Common questions about where we work and how we schedule visits.
Do you charge more to travel to the edge of town?
No. We use the same flat-rate pricing across our entire service area. You will receive a written price before any repair begins, regardless of your zip code.
Do you have an office in my city?
We operate out of a single shop located in Las Vegas. Our technicians start their days from there and drive to homes throughout the valley.
Are your technicians background checked?
Every technician who handles refrigerant holds EPA Section 608 certification. They also pass a background check and a drug test before joining our team.
How do you handle emergency service?
For no cooling in summer, no heat in winter and water leaking from an indoor unit, technicians go out evenings, nights, weekends and holidays. A real person answers the phone 24/7.
Do you service manufactured homes?
We repair and replace central split systems, heat pumps and gas furnaces in residential homes. Call us to discuss the specific heating and cooling setup at your property.
