Are you physically located in Downtown Summerlin?
No, our shop is located in Las Vegas. We do not have an office in Summerlin, but our technicians travel there daily to provide scheduled maintenance, repairs and free replacement estimates.
How do you size a new air conditioner?
We never size a unit based on square footage alone. We evaluate the rooms, your current ductwork, the home’s insulation, and its sun exposure before recommending a system size.
What is the Kestrel Comfort Club?
It is our maintenance plan. For $17 a month, members receive a cooling tune-up in the spring, a heating tune-up in the fall, priority scheduling, and 10% off repairs. You can cancel at any time.
Do you offer financing on new installations?
Yes. Financing is available on new systems and larger repairs, subject to credit approval through a third-party lender. Ask us for details during your estimate.
What should I do if my AC is blowing warm air?
Turn the system off at the thermostat to prevent damage to the compressor, then give us a call. We will send a technician to test the electrical components and check the refrigerant pressures.
