Do you operate out of Paradise?
No, our shop is located in Las Vegas. We dispatch our fourteen technicians from there to homes in Paradise, Spring Valley, Henderson, and the rest of the valley.
How do you price your repairs?
We use flat-rate pricing. You will receive a written price before any work begins, and we do not bill by the hour.
Does a tune-up certify my furnace is completely safe?
A heating tune-up includes a visual check of the heat exchanger where it can be seen and a test of the safety limits, but it is not a full safety inspection. CPSC recommends keeping carbon monoxide alarms on every level of your home.
What is your $50 off repair offer?
We offer $50 off any repair of $250 or more. You must mention the offer when you call or book, and it cannot be combined with other offers. Expires December 31, 2026.
How soon can a technician come?
We book scheduled visits in arrival windows Monday to Saturday and call 30 minutes before arriving. For no cooling in summer, no heat in winter and water leaking from an indoor unit, technicians go out evenings, nights, weekends and holidays.
