Our Story
Starting with One Van in 2006
Elena Navarro grew up right here in Las Vegas. She worked as a residential HVAC service technician for ten years, dealing with hot attics and monsoon dust, before founding Kestrel Heating & Air in 2006 with just one van.
She started the company to run service calls the way she wanted them run. Her goal was to find the cause first, show the homeowner what failed, and provide a written price with repair and replacement options before any work begins.
Today, the company has grown to fourteen technicians and an office team in Las Vegas. Elena still reviews every replacement estimate before it goes to a homeowner.
