Company Culture

How We Run Calls

We expect our technicians to find the cause of a problem, show the homeowner what failed, and provide a written price before starting work. Every home must be treated with respect, using shoe covers and drop cloths on every job.

Because we enter family homes, every person we hire must pass a background check and a drug test. We want team members who take pride in leaving the work area cleaner than they found it.

The Facts

What WorkingHere Looks Like

We built this company to run service calls a specific way.

  • Local Roots

We are a local company that started with one van in 2006.

  • Our Team

We have fourteen technicians handling heating and cooling calls across the valley.

  • Running Calls

Our process is to find the cause, show the homeowner the issue, and provide a written price.

  • Home Protection

We use drop cloths and shoe covers to treat every house with care.

  • Clear Standards

Every applicant passes a background check and a drug test before joining the team.

  • Apprenticeships

We hire and train apprentices who want to learn the trade from our senior technicians.

Growth

Growing with Kestrel

We have clear roles for technicians and apprentices.

  • Start as an Apprentice: Ride along with a senior technician to learn how to check refrigerant pressures and test safety limits.

  • Run Maintenance Calls: Handle spring and fall tune-ups independently once you master the checklists.

  • Become a Technician: Diagnose failing capacitors, bad contactors and dirty flame sensors on your own.

  • Train the Next Group: Senior technicians guide our apprentices through real calls in Las Vegas attics and backyards.
