This plan suits homeowners who want their maintenance handled on a schedule. You pay $17 a month and receive 10% off repairs you might need.

Eligibility and Billing
The Kestrel Comfort Club is available for residential systems in our service area, the Las Vegas valley. Memberships are billed month to month and you can cancel any time.
What Is Not Included
The monthly price covers the two seasonal tune-ups. Parts and repairs are not included, but members do receive 10% off repairs.

How much does the plan cost?

Are parts included in the tune-up?
No. The plan covers the labor for the tune-up and the written report. If you need new parts, we will provide a written price and apply your 10% member discount.
What is priority scheduling?
When you call to request a repair, we place members ahead of non-members in our scheduling queue. We book your visit in the earliest available arrival window.
Does the plan cover multiple systems?

We schedule the cooling visit in the spring before the intense summer heat begins. The heating visit happens in the fall to prepare your furnace or heat pump for cold nights.
