What We Do
Enterprise Heatingand Cooling Services
We maintain, install and repair central air systems for homes in the southwest valley.
Local Focus
Heating and Cooling in Enterprise
High temperatures and residential growth patterns shape your cooling needs.
Climate Considerations
The heat in the southwest valley pushes air conditioners to their limits. During July and August, monsoon winds blow heavy dirt into the condenser coils. A dirty coil prevents the system from releasing heat properly. We rinse this coil during our spring tune-up to keep your equipment running.
Housing Considerations
Homes in Southern Highlands may still have their original systems from when the neighborhood was built. If your heat pump or air conditioner is older than 10 years and requires expensive repairs, ENERGY STAR suggests it may be time to consider replacement. We show you the failed parts, and we never recommend replacement on age alone.
Enterprise Reviews
What EnterpriseNeighbors Say
Andre replaced the blower motor on our furnace in Mountain's Edge. He arrived in the arrival window, gave us a written flat-rate price, and left the work area completely clean. The heating works again. Very professional service.

Enterprise FAQ
Enterprise Heating and Air Questions
Find out how we operate in the Enterprise and southwest valley areas.
Do you have a shop located in Enterprise?
No, our shop is based in Las Vegas. However, we have technicians running calls in Southern Highlands, Mountain’s Edge, and Coronado Ranch regularly.
How often should I change my air filter?
ENERGY STAR recommends checking your filter every month and changing it at least every three months. A clean filter protects your blower motor and helps the system maintain proper airflow.
Will a new AC lower my energy bills?
Newer systems must meet higher efficiency standards, such as the 14.3 SEER2 requirement for our region. However, actual bills depend on your insulation, ductwork, and how you use your thermostat.
Are your replacement estimates really free?
Yes. We provide free, in-home written estimates for new system installations and replacements. Our owner, Elena Navarro, reviews every replacement estimate before we present it to you.
Do you work on commercial HVAC systems?
We perform light commercial work, including rooftop units and split systems for small offices, retail shops, and restaurants.
